A continuous spray cooling device (spray-type water cooling) is installed at the bottom, causing the material to cool and solidify rapidly during transport. Depending on the material properties and applications, methods such as continuous dripping, straight-line feeding, and full-width feeding, such as overflow, can be selected to obtain hemispherical, strip, and sheet-like products.
